This refers exclusively to a product or service that uses tools, techniques and data products derived from Earth Observation (EO) systems. An EO capability may be tested (in response to a stakeholder requirement within the context of a specific project or programme) or non-tested (possible, but still to be demonstrated to the IFIs). Each EO capability may be relevant for different thematic areas and use cases.
